About Us
Baralaba Community Aged Care is located at
14 Wooroonah Road, Baralaba.
We have four one-bedroom accommodation units available for clients who can live independently but may want to downsize. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and within close walking distance to activites at our centre.
Our goal is to help you live independently at home for as long as possible, assisting you and your carer.
How do I get an Aged Care Service?
Together with your loved ones and carer, we will chat with you and find out how you are coping with your everyday living. We will assist you to apply for eligible care services so that you can remain living independently at home and we will always value your choices and decisions.
Allied Health and Nursing Staff who work in organisations such as Primary Health Care Services, Hospitals, as well as your Doctor can also make referrals to us.
When will I receive an Aged Care Service?
Following assessment and acceptance for us as your Service Provider, we will always try to provide your care service at a time that best suits your needs. Occasionally our service times may need to change as determined by staff availability, but we will always let you know in advance.

We aim to provide the highest standard of care that meets your needs. We meet the Australian Government Home Care Standards (HCS) and the Queensland Government Human Services Quality Standards (HSQS). We strive to continually improve our services to provide the best quality care.
